Blanc de Blancs “Aquarius” – Valdo

Valdo’s Blanc de Blancs Aquarius is a limited edition sparkling wine with a label designed by Ceci Johnson.

With a pale straw yellow color and greenish reflections, it is characterized by a fairly fine and persistent perlage. It opens on the nose with a fruity and floral bouquet. The palate is well-balanced with subtle salinity.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs excellently with seafood dishes.
